  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Place the jewelry in its original Almaza presentation box and include all certificates of authenticity, ensuring the security seal remains intact.

  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
